For what purpose do we process your personal data?
We process data of interested parties for communication management and development (user contact, query resolution, commercial promotion, newsletter distribution, management of company profiles on social networks, etc.), as well as to attend to requested services and carry out our activities.
What type of data do we process?
In addition to the various means of collection mentioned, as well as the different processing purposes mentioned, we inform you that the types of data that we may process in our information system are:

How long will we retain your data?
Personal data will be kept as long as a relationship with you is maintained, either as a customer or as another type of interested party; until the deletion of these is requested; or as long as there is a legal requirement or obligation to retain them.

In the case of data provided in relation to job searches, if they are not of interest to the company, they will be immediately deleted while ensuring their confidentiality.

To which recipients will your data be communicated?
The data of interested parties will not be communicated to any third party, except for legal obligation.
What are your rights when you provide and/or we process your data?

- Access to your data: You have the right to access your data to know what personal data concerning you is being processed.

Sending communications or information
Our policy regarding the sending of information via electronic means (email, instant messaging, etc.) is limited to sending only communications that we consider of interest to our users and stakeholders, related to the functions and activities of the company, or communications that you have consented to receive.

2. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER
Users, by checking the corresponding boxes and entering data in the fields of the contact form or presented in download forms, expressly and freely and unequivocally accept that their data is necessary to meet their request by the provider, and the inclusion of data in the remaining fields is voluntary.
The user guarantees that the data provided is true, accurate, complete, and up-to-date, being responsible for any direct or indirect damage or loss that may be caused as a result of the non-compliance with this obligation.
