
Sulayr is launching a new edition of the Integrated Projects for Employment Integration Program, targeting vulnerable groups experiencing unemployment in the provinces of Jaén, Granada and Almería.
The program is aimed at individuals who have particular difficulties accessing the labor market:
- People with disabilities.
- Long-term unemployed individuals.
- People over 45 years old.
- Migrants.
- Beneficiaries of unemployment benefits, subsidies, Active Insertion Income, or the Solidarity Program. Young people under 30 coming from the protection system.
- Women victims of gender-based violence.
- People undergoing rehabilitation or reintegration due to addictions.
- Inmates in correctional facilities with access to employment opportunities.
- Former inmates or individuals on parole.
What does the program consist of?
The program is structured through a personalized employment integration pathway, designed according to each participant’s professional profile and current labor market demands.
The project includes:
- Initial assessment and development of an individualized plan.
- Career guidance (minimum 10 hours).
- Training in key and digital skills (minimum 50 hours).
- Specific training adapted to sectors with employment opportunities.
- Job placement support (minimum 40 hours).
- Job intermediation and company outreach.
- Management and dissemination of job offers. Financial incentive of €528 for participation.
