
Sulayr is launching the ‘Comprehensive Projects Programme for Labour Market Integration’, aimed at unemployed people who face difficulties in their job search. This programme will run from 26/12/2023 to 25/06/2025 in the provinces of Granada, Jaén and Almería.
People who belong to any of the following groups may participate in the ‘Comprehensive Projects Programme for Labour Market Integration’: unemployed people belonging to any of the following groups:
- People with disabilities.
- Long-term unemployed people.
- People over 45.
- Migrants.
- Recipients of benefits, unemployment allowance, active insertion income or the solidarity programme.
- Young people under 30 from child protection institutions.
- Women victims of domestic violence.
- People with addiction problems undergoing rehabilitation or social reintegration processes.
- People in prison whose prison situation allows them to access employment.
- Former prisoners or people on conditional release.
Participants will follow a personalised guidance and labour market integration pathway that includes the following actions:
- Employment guidance (minimum 10 hours).
- Cross-cutting training in key employability and digital skills (minimum 50 hours).
- Specific training adapted to each participant’s profile.
- Employment guidance for integration, including support in accessing employment (minimum 40 hours).
- Labour mediation and prospecting actions.
- Job offers.
- Support during the integration process.
All participants will receive an economic incentive of €528.
